UX UI Designer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in design reviews and iterate on feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, actively contributing to the growth and evolution of our design practice.
- Maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications, to ensure consistency and collaboration across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and gather feedback.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Experience in designing for various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- A user-centric design approach, as evidenced by considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
