Solutions Architect

We are currently seeking a Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into technology solutions, bridging the gap between the technical and non-technical. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and other team members, the Solutions Architect will ensure that the solutions designed are aligned with Agency 39A's vision and the client's objectives. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for various projects.
- Translate business requirements into architectural designs that outline solutions to achieve objectives.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose optimal solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that solutions are current, competitive, and functional.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, processes, and decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or related role.
- Strong understanding of various architectural patterns, frameworks, and programming languages.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex systems and applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
