Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Execute end-to-end campaign management, from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs, providing regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, bid management, and creative adjustments to improve ROI and other performance metrics.
- Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization across all digital channels.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and the analytics team to develop cohesive marketing strategies and compelling ad creatives.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and support sales initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.
- Track and report on budget utilization, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay within financial constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts cutting-edge.
- Experiment with new marketing channels and strategies to drive growth and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Create personalized marketing experiences to foster customer loyalty and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including managing PPC, display, social media, and affiliate campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results and optimizing marketing performance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics).
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
- Strong understanding of creative best practices for digital advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights.
- Ability to convey complex data and insights in a clear, understandable manner.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
