Responsibilities
- Coordinate the web content calendar and manage web content for consistency and timeliness.
- Oversee social media channels, plan and schedule content, manage communities, and analyze performance.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and marketing campaigns, including lifecycle and sales emails.
- Implement nurturing strategies to engage customers and drive conversions.

- Coordinate the planning and scheduling of digital assessment deliverables for prospective clients, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital ad campaigns, including budget oversight and performance analysis.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internship experience considered).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms.
- Excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
