Associate Program Manager
Overview
As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our programs, from initial conception through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained appropriately.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a digital agency or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
